The quality is high, but I would much rather buy Dior Homme Cologne for the price/value proposition especially when you need to reapply these fragrances. The longevity is low as in all pure citrus fragrances but I the smell is almost like an ice-cold lemonade.

So it is not that loud, but if you like demured scent, you would love this. Lasted only about two hrs on skin but well over twenty four on clothing.
