Pros & Cons

  • ✅ After a year of using it both for the office and everyday wear in the heat, I affirm it is one of the best quality-price fragrances today. That sharp ginger with citrus and aquatic notes make it ideal for the day and the heat. Longevity extends easily to around eight hours, projection of about two metres and a decent trail.
  • ✅ Citrusy marine opening, perfect for summer and informal occasions… it costs the opening, with ambroxan wrapping all the accords.
  • ✅ To summarise: a fragrance for heat and intense heat. Very fresh and rich. Beautiful grapefruit opening. In the heart, you notice the herbal rosemary and the finish is a wonderful fresh blend with ambroxan, amber and aquatic notes. It lasts seven to eight hours on skin and clothes, projects quite a bit; four sprays are plenty.
  • ✅ It's a bomb: smells fantastic and at this price, it's an absolute bargain.
  • ✅ At €24, it's madness; it smells and lasts like a house. I haven't tried the original, but this is pure gold once oxidised. It's simple but effective: fresh, masculine and versatile.
  • ✅ It lasts seven to eight hours on skin and clothes, projects quite a bit; four sprays are plenty. It's versatile: gym, work, going for a walk or a daytime date in the heat. I recommend it; it's in my current top three.
  • ✅ Although it's not my style, this is an absolute PERFUMÓN... Being citrusy, a dupe, and costing what it does, it has incredible longevity, projection, and sillage. It lasts 7 hours, projects well for 1.5 hours, evolves beautifully, isn't flat like most Arabic dupes, and has good aromatic quality.
  • ✅ I bought it blindly, impulsively and cheaply, and I have no regrets... rich citrus opening, you can smell the grapefruit, a touch of spice, very fresh, ideal for the heat.
  • ❌ I think it's the worst blind buy. I let the hype get to me... after 2-3 hours, the herbs return, and it smells like cheap old perfume. On skin, it lasts 2-3 hours with low projection, then less, and between the 5th and 8th hour, it's skin scent only.
  • ❌ I bought it due to the hype, blind. I didn't like the scent or the longevity. I let it rest for a month, but nothing changed; it still has poor longevity and projection. It smells like 'old money' – perfect for a well-dressed older gentleman playing golf.
  • ❌ I was interested due to the hype and, as I couldn't try it first, I bought it blind. One of my worst purchases. It doesn't smell as good as people say, and it projects very little. A tremendous disappointment.
  • ❌ Smells like kitchen lemon; nothing fresh, I wouldn't recommend it.
  • ❌ For the price, it's a lovely fragrance; citrus opening and it dries down to smell like clean soap. That said, the longevity isn't as exaggerated as some comment (don't overdo it): it lasts about four hours on the skin before fading away.
