Pros & Cons
- ✅ Oh this is divine. This is exactly what I want from a sandalwood fragrance... Musky, ambery, woody incense.
- ✅ Beautifully blended. Most oud-sandalwood fragrances are too dark or harsh for my taste, but peach and amber add such a lovely feminine sweetness to this one!
- ✅ This is pure heaven. I love the rich, dark, smoked and spiced character.

- ✅ Beautiful and complex. I admired this perfume for years...
- ✅ This is pure heaven. I love the green bottle shown but I have the 'bee' shaped bottle...
- ✅ Exquisite and unique sandalwood-rose-oud profile
- ✅ Outstanding longevity and projection
- ✅ Luxurious and sophisticated aroma
- ✅ Rich, opulent rose-oud composition
- ✅ Lasts 8+ hours on skin
- ❌ I find the opening note wildly unpleasant and strongly reminiscent of super glue.
- ❌ Entirely too sweet and medicinal. Extraordinarily long-lasting smoky rose. Polarizing and not for me.
- ❌ There's clearly something terribly wrong with me, because I don't see anything even remotely attractive about this fragrance... sodden wood and acrid smoke.

- ❌ I guess this is one of those love it/hate it scents. For me it’s a hate it.
- ❌ Can be perceived as too strong or heavy by some
- ❌ The oud note can be polarizing for certain palates
- ❌ Premium pricing may be a barrier
- ❌ Name misleading, sandalwood takes a back seat
- ❌ 2024 reformulation feels diluted
