Pros & Cons
- ✅ The best honey perfume that I have ever smelled. Realistic, wild and animalic with a touch of woodiness.
- ✅ Luminous, light, dreamy. Sunlight through a honeycomb.
- ✅ The honey is simply spectacular—completely authentic, one can almost imagine the busy bees.
- ✅ Miel de Bois is extremely compelling. It isn't conventionally pretty, but it is so captivating that it makes second, even third and fourth tries worth the effort.
- ❌ The opening is harsh, like approaching a hive—some compare it to cat piss.
- ❌ It's an extraordinarily harsh, almost caustic smell at first.
- ❌ The iris note does not work on my skin.
- ❌ The opening is harsh, like approaching a hive: you are surrounded by threatening bees. It has a rather caustic 10 first minutes that would probably put off most people.
- ❌ It starts with the most awful note of 'apple cider vinegar'... truly quite bizarre!
