Pros & Cons
- ✅ At first the scent was a bit off-putting to me, but after repeated wearings the scent started to sneak up on me. now I can't stop smelling my wrist. soft, discreet and pleasant. sometimes the loudmouths needs to be put to silence by something like this.
- ✅ Been Collecting Colognes since my college days because of Cool water & Boss Bottled. I am always searching for unique scents at affordable prices since so many fragrances regardless of price are similar to me. I found the Zara Line a few years ago, and they have plenty of steals, however every 3rd bottle you buy smells like another. I also never trust the note breakdown, I either like them or I don't and realize you generally get what you pay for. Fresh Sandlewood is the best Zara scent I have purchased. It is simply different than everything else, not complex, and does not remind me of anything else. This stuff lasts a full day for me, Can be off putting at first whiff, but it grew on me. Picked up 2 more bottles b4 its gone cause its signature scent worthy. Great Stuff. Polorizing kind of like a Fahrenheit(not similar scent wise), either love it or not, but it works as an all around day time fragrance, all year here in Florida, so rock it with confidence. Will put you in a good mood everytime you smell it, People will ask you what you are wearing, great conversation starter.. Lastly, Its not light, so no gym and go light if in an intimate office setting. Top of my rotation and nice change up from all the Legend types, Blue's etc.

- ❌ The reviewer below me @Scutchy05 is 100% correct with his assessment. Being a huge lover of almost all Zara fragrances, this one is a sad miss for me. This is a direct clone to Davidoff Adventure, and although he said it’s not as good, I’d have to disagree. I disagree in the sense that I hated Davidoff Adventure, but like this stuff more, but that doesn’t mean much. DA is an extremely woody scent with not much else added to it, or I mean that there isn’t much that you actually smell beside wood, and it’s not a sweet smelling scent, it’s like a bitter sharp wood that just grossed me out and I wouldn’t want to smell like that, unfortunately it was a regrettable blind buy. To this day I’m still looking to make a trade for that bottle, boxed, with just two sprays used. Anyway, this stuff is 95% similar but not as piercing, and not as sharp. The opening is also different than DA. It opens with a better citrus and clean type smell, but after 5 minutes it’s gone. For 40$ plus tax I’d also want everyone to know that on the box it mentions that it’s a EDP. If this stuff is an EDP then Santa Clause is also real. It’s gone in under 1 hour, I’m just trying to save anyone money who’s looking for a great preforming cologne, there are tons of Zara colognes that actually preform really well, if you want info, DM me. To me this is a 4/10 for me, and I’m being generous. It’s a below average, overpriced scent. If you want to smell like bitter wood, get Davidoff Adventure, if you want a less obnoxious less piercing version of DA with a slightly cleaner smell, then grab this, but I’d suggest skipping this one.
- ❌ Lacks enough individuality; very conservative and unidimensional.
- ❌ Doesn't have the strongest sillage.
- ❌ Longevity may not be its strongest suit.
