- ✅ Very chic. It can be extremely feminine but on the right man extremely manly. Very unique and special. Very French.
- ✅ This is the first time I'm writing a review to compliment the perfumer- because this fragrance is a piece of art.

- ❌ I didn't like this scent. The opening made me nauseous; it smelled like musty oakmoss and stale vetiver, like an old house with furniture starting to deteriorate.
- ❌ The worst out of 15 ex nihilo samples.
- ❌ French Affair by Ex Nihilo is an overwhelming blend of oakmoss that leaves you feeling like you've taken a stroll through a damp, mossy forest. The earthy notes are so dominant that it's harsh on my nose.
