Pros & Cons

  • ✅ A very elegant offering and I can't find a single thing polarizing about it.
  • ✅ I honestly really like this. I find the marine elements and “sea notes” to be very realistic and gives of the vibes of a misty beach on an overcast day.
  • ✅ It's fresh, citrusy and I definitely pick up on that tea note which gives it a sort of vintage-y fragrance vibe.
  • ✅ Gets waaay better after a few years in the bottle. ... Lovely green, citrus, tea, ozone and salty. Really stunning.
  • ✅ The tea note is something to behold, every other notes seem to dance around it to provide you a very smooth and somewhat salty journey.
  • ❌ I literally had to take a shower and wash this crap off me!!! Trash.
  • ❌ Smells like a Men's urinal on steroids. I’ve even had a few friends smell it and they all almost threw up.
  • ❌ What the hell am I smelling here? L’Eau Majeure d’Issey is absolutely revolting; not in a sense that it’s just a bad perfume, but that it actually smells terrible.
  • ❌ It's a very risky blind buy, but I think it's one of the most interesting smelling scents out there and is quite unique.
  • ❌ The original L'Eau d'Issey is one of my all time favourites but this is a real scrubber.
