- ✅ A modern masterpiece made by one of the best perfumers in modern day perfumery. Gorgeous sweet rose.
- ✅ This fragrance has a unique and distinctive smell and absolute beast mode sillage and longevity. This fragrance is eternal and will remain on your clothes forever until you wash them.
- ✅ This is not a fragrance for hesitation. it projects, it lingers, it stays long after you’ve left. i find that 24 hours later, it’s still there.
- ✅ The composition is a masterpiece of texture. You get this deep, jammy Bulgarian rose and Turkish rose that feel draped in a thick, violet-scented syrup. The oud isn't animalic or harsh; instead, it’s smooth and resinous, softened by a rich, amber-vanilla base that gives it a "satin" feel.
- ✅ This is a top 3 fragrance of all time, in my opinion. Scent, performance, and quality are all there. Powdery oud/rose combo with the vanilla balancing it out. Performance is out of this world.
- ❌ I smell spray paint / rose scented bug spray (a little) / turkish delight with a licorice taste / licorice... this is much darker and harsher on my skin.
- ❌ All I can think about is expensive mosquito repellent. This smells oily and spicy and reminiscent of Skin-So-Soft from Avon.
- ❌ The rose is so overpowering you can't smell anything else. This is more of an old lady's fragrance.
- ❌ On my skin, Oud Satin Mood Extrait is liquid royal-purple rose in a bottle. It opens with dense, jammy Turkish rose wrapped in a smooth veil of vanilla and benzoin, with the oud acting as a dark, woody frame rather than a loud barnyard note. A soft violet-powder nuance makes it feel like rose jam on velvet – opulent, sophisticated and impeccably blended.
