Pros & Cons
- ✅ In my opinion, Citrus Bigarade is a wonderfully refined, clean, and understated fragrance that’s seriously underrated. Every component blends together seamlessly, creating a perfectly balanced composition without any unnecessary embellishments.
- ✅ Man that opening is to die for, bright lemon, mandarin and ginger, with a petitgrain and pepper spice to compliment it. Vey refreshing, and it dries down into a very pleasant herby musk.
- ❌ It's essentially a lobotomized version of Selection Verte with all of that fragrance's nuance and personality sanded away. Longevity is atrocious; I might get an hour or two out of it on a good day before it fades away to a mildly pleasant skin scent...but even that is very short-lived.
- ❌ Very realistic lemon smell but it doesn't project or last long. The vetiver is high quality so I can say that I really enjoyed the smell and if I had unlimited money might buy this. However, at this price point, I think you can expect it to last longer than it does.
