This is a light powdery rose, quite modern, feminine and tough at the same time, hard to describe. I love it!
I’ve owned this fragrance since 2019, and even as someone who doesn’t typically gravitate toward rose scents, I find this to be a work of art in a bottle. It is clean and soapy, but in a rounded way... there's no sharpness to my nose.
A very pure concentrated rose as though someone soaked the petals in vodka over a period of time. A powdery dry down with warm lily making an appearance throughout

Elisabethan Rose by Penhaligons is an amazing fragrance that truly highlights the rose. From the initial spray, I immediately recognize the familiar and refreshing aroma of rose water.

Divine! ... It's so elegantly rosey and fun but still sophisticated.

Too spicy and pungent. I throwed away the sample.
Opens quite loudly with a sharp, harsh rose but fades quickly to a scent that reminds me of a bouquet that's sat in the vase a bit too long without the water being changed. There's a nutty, earthy scent which completely overwhelms any remaining rose. Definitely not for me.
Much sweeter than anticipated, sweetness sadly overpowers the rose, but definitely detectable floral notes, very airy and powdery, LOTS of sillage, roommates could smell it on me easily, mild scent headache.
A very mature, elegant rose that isnt sweet or jammy or edible. brings to mind a british country estate garden... very very light and delicate
When I did the Penhaligon’s fragrance profiling quiz this perfume was one of three that was recommended to me. It smells nice but I’m not so sure about its longevity.
