Pros & Cons
- The name fits perfectly — a small village among snowy mountains, smoke drifting from wooden chalets, fire crackling, frosty air carrying warm wood and a subtle incense.
- A niche-leaning but very accessible composition, far gentler than By the Fireplace: dry woods with pleasant warmth, a delicate myrrh trail and discreet sweetness instead of biting smoke. Unisex for sure.
- At first I couldn’t smell anything, but now it strongly reminds me of Vaniglia e Zenzero by Tesori d'Oriente — spicy-woody and unisex, not very sweet.
- Completely surprised me; the name fits the scent perfectly, evoking a snowy alpine village with fireplaces, warm wood and subtle incense.
- A gentler, more accessible take on By the Fireplace, with dry woods, a hint of myrrh and discreet sweetness.
- Has a slightly niche character but remains approachable; unisex.
- Sweet chocolate with smoky notes at first, but in the drydown it’s just sweet; I can’t detect the cinnamon.
- Longevity and projection could be better — around 3-4 hours on skin.
- Longevity and projection could be better; about 3–4 hours on skin.
- In the drydown it is just sweet; I cannot detect the cinnamon.
