Scent Journey
The first 0-30 minutes reveal a sparkling, almost champagne-like cardamom that dances over a powdery orris root. The cardamom is green and slightly citrusy, while the orris lends a cool, lipstick-like elegance. Together they create an effervescent, sophisticated introduction that feels both bright and luxurious.
After 1-2 hours, the heart emerges with creamy sandalwood taking center stage. The sandalwood is smooth and milky, supported by dry cedarwood and a subtle earthy patchouli that adds depth without heaviness. The orris persists, weaving a powdery thread through the woods, creating a texture reminiscent of fine suede.
After 4+ hours, Lustre settles into a sumptuous amber base. Myrrh and benzoin provide a resinous warmth, while vanilla and tonka bean add a sweet, almost gourmand softness. Labdanum and styrax bring a leathery, balsamic richness, and cypriol adds a smoky, earthy undertone. The result is a close, warm aura that radiates like embers in a fireplace.
