Pros & Cons

  • ✅ Beautiful variant edition of the classic Opium. Soft and sultry, not as strident as the original, still warm and deep.
  • ✅ Mandarine, jasmine and myrrh... the balmy sweet myrrh lightened by sparkling summery jasmine and the juicy fresh mandarine.
  • ✅ A toned down version from the original. Just a little more floral... An underrated gem from the fascinating YSL lineup from the early 2000s.
  • ✅ Soft myrrh, carnation, and incense. Citrus does not read loudly on me... Eau d'Été is very versatile, and is most definitely reminiscent of vintage Opium edt.
  • ✅ I love its darkness and heavy message, enveloped in a summery name... it's almost 30' C outside and this frag is just PERFECT for this weather.
  • ❌ Opium, but suntan lotion. I'd rather wear Opium but the martyr I am in attempt to be humanitarian in the summer, I will wear this lighter version.
  • ❌ I got this bottle years ago and forgot about it... It's fine not great. My husband took his whiff and says it's ok. It's a shame. still searching.
