Pros & Cons

  • ✅ I am so in love with Opium eau de toilette! It's just stunningly gorgeous and classic.
  • ✅ Opium is such an underrated perfume because it smells heavenly to me.
  • ✅ This is the bomb! Nothing else really to say
  • ✅ Intoxicating spiced amber fragrance. The myrrh in this smells incredible.
  • ✅ Opium is the reigning empress of designer oriental/ambers in my opinion.
  • ❌ I was shocked to see all the positive reviews. I knew this was going to be a more ‘mature’ fragrance and was prepared to appreciate it for what it is. I sprayed it and was punched in the face with a bug spray smell that made me cough.
  • ❌ I was SO excited to try this. All I'm getting is cat pee. Anyone else?
  • ❌ I've heard this is quite hated, which i get but also don't get it. It's rather polarising and for sure something i wouldn't wear, i mean my nan wears it.
  • ❌ I sprayed it and was punched in the face with a bug spray smell that made me cough.
  • ❌ All I'm getting is cat pee. Anyone else?
  • ❌ I hate to say it, but experiencing the vintage formulation has ruined this present day version for me.
